abstract |
The invention relates to a method for applying a coating onto a nanosurface of a work piece, wherein an atmospheric plasma beam is generated by electric discharge in a working gas and a precursor material is fed in a spatially separate manner from the working gas, wherein the precursor material is fed directly to the plasma beam and the applied layer comprises a nanosurface which substantially corresponds to the nanosurface of the work piece. The invention relates in particular to a method for applying a separation layer in molding processes, wherein the work piece to be molded comprises a nanosurface. |
