The present invention relates to novel transporter constructs of the generic formula (I) D l LLL x Dm(LLL y D n ) a and variants thereof. The present invention also refers to transporter cargo conjugate molecules, particularly of conjugates of the novel transporter constructs with a cargo moiety, e.g. proteins or peptides, nucleic acids, cytotoxic agents, organic molecules, etc. The present invention furthermore discloses (pharmaceutical) compositions comprising these conjugates and methods of treatment and uses involving such transporter constructs. |
