A hygiene cleaning device for performing a first water discharge step which has a first time width and also performing a second water discharge step which has a second time width, wherein a first water mass is formed in the first water discharge step and a second water mass is formed in the second water discharge step, the first water mass being formed so as to be greater than the second water mass, the second water mass being caused to move faster than the first water mass, and wherein discharges of water in the first water discharge steps and discharges of water in the second water discharge steps are alternately performed. The device can achieve both the sensations of "stimulation" and "mass" with use of a small amount of water and can provide the user with a highly comfortable sensation of cleaning. |
