The invention relates to inverse emulsions, comprising a) a hydrophobic liquid as a continuous phase, b) water as a disperse phase, and c) a compound of the formula (1), where R 1 is a hydrocarbon group having between 6 and 30 C atoms or a group R 5 -O-X- M hydrogen, alkali metal, alkali earth metal, or an ammonia group, and where R 5 is a hydrocarbon group having between 6 and 30 carbon atoms, X is C 2 -C 6 -alkylene or a poly(oxyalkylene) group of the formula, where I is a number between 1 and 50, m and n are numbers independent of I and of each other between 0 and 50, and R 2 , R 3 , R 4 are independent of each other and is hydrogen, CH 3 , or CH 2 CH 3 , and Y is C 2 -C 6 -alkylene. |
