abstract The present invention relates to a method of an unique identify able payment of an expense, including at least the following steps, registration of a client in a first computer system, which first computer system performs a search for client data, in which first computer system a person performs a registration of at least one fee, which first computer system based on the registered fee generates an invoice. The client performs 10 unique identification at the patient or client fee handling terminal, which first computer system transmits invoices to the patient or client fee handling terminal, where the client selects a method of payment. For all service providers such as e.g. medical doctors, dentists or in fact any other service provider where the invoice is ready before a client or patient leaves a clinic, it is highly effective if payment for a service could be received 15 as soon as possible when e.g. a patient has to leave a clinic. Immediate payment could be very important for the service provider but because the payment is performed automatically, no work is involved in receiving the payment.
