abstract |
Disclosed is a white semiconductor light emitting device that provides controllable parameters comprising correlations with a special color rendering index (R9), and which has a high R9 value that is obtained by optimizing the parameters. The white semiconductor light emitting device comprises a fluorescent light body as a light emitting material, and a semiconductor light emitting element as an excitation source of the fluorescent light body. The fluorescent light body further comprises at least a green fluorescent light body and a wide-band red fluorescent light. The white semiconductor light emitting device has an intensity in the light-beam standardized 640nm wavelength light emitting spectrum that is between 100 and 110% of the intensity in the light-beam standardized 640nm wavelength color rendering index reference light spectrum. |
