Provided is a concentrated coffee composition which contains a chlorogenic acid compound at a high concentration and has good flavor.nThis concentrated coffee composition comprises the following components (A) and (B), and has a dried solid content of 10-100 mass%: (A) a chlorogenic acid compound in an amount of 100-300 mg/g in terms of dried solid content; and (B) 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in an amount of 0.33 mg/g or less in terms of dried solid content. |
