The invention relates to a method for the in vitro diagnosis of prostate cancer, in which a sample of urine for analysis is brought into contact with two antibodies, namely a capture antibody and a detection antibody. According to the invention, one of the antibodies is directed against the first repeated domain of native human Annexin A3 identified as SEQ ID NO : 1, while the other antibody is directed against the fourth repeated domain of native human Annexin A3 identified as SEQ ID NO : 2. The invention also relates to a case for implementing said method. |
