abstract A sea cucumber compound product comprises sea cucumber nano powder and Panax Notoginseng saponins extractive.The preparation method of sea cucumber compound product comprises: (A) treating the raw material; and cutting alive sea cucumber, eviscerating, cleaning and placing it in a sealed container; (B) heating at 70-130 ℃ and gelatinizing for 1 min-20 h; (C) freeze-drying until the water content is smaller than 10 wt%; (D) coarse crushing to obtain cucumber powder of 100-300 mesh; (E) super-micro crushing by a jet mill to a fineness of 100-3000 mesh; (F) nano-crushing by a high-energy ball mill pulverizer to a fineness of 10-1000nm; and (G) mixing the sea cucumber nano powder and Panax Notoginseng saponins extractive at 99-80%:1-20% weight ratio. The content of sea cucumber polysaccharide is 2.5-8.1 wt%. The content of Panax Notoginseng saponins is 0.3-14.0 wt %. The sea cucumber compound product has complementary and synergistic effect, enhances the pharmacological action and eliminates the side effect of single agent. It can be used for health protection and medicament.
