titleOfInvention Battery control device and battery system
abstract The purpose of the present invention is to provide a battery control device capable of tracking changes in the internal resistance of a storage battery and precisely finding the permissible charge/discharge power. The battery control device pertaining to the present invention comprises an internal resistance table listing internal resistance values according to the temperature and state of charge of an individual battery, for each value for charge or discharge continuation times for the individual battery. The battery control device calculates the permissible charge current or permissible discharge current for the individual battery using the internal resistance values listed in the internal resistance table, and controls the charge or discharge of the individual battery according to those values.
