abstract A radio frequency synthesizer includes a phase lock loop system which is used for outputting a signal with the first frequency and a signal with the second frequency, wherein the signal with the second frequency is a second receiving local oscillator signal, and a frequency synthesizing circuit which is used for frequency-synthesizing the signal with the first frequency and the signal with the second frequency and obtaining a signal with a predetermined frequency y. The predetermined frequency y=m×f 1 ±n×f 2 , wherein f 1 is the first frequency, f 2 is the second frequency, and m and n are not equal to zero. The predetermined frequency is one or more times of the transmitting frequency of the transceiver where the radio frequency synthesizer located. A transceiver includes said radio frequency synthesizer.
