abstract This photoelectric conversion device comprises: a photoelectric conversion layer (13) for performing a conversion between light and electrical energy; and a plurality of first conductive wire members (121) and a plurality of second conductive wire members (122) provided on one-surface side of the photoelectric conversion layer (13). The first conductive wire members and the second conductive wire members are arranged alternately. A p-layer organic semiconductor (13A) comprising a hole-transporting material is provided to each of the first conductive wire members (121). An n-layer organic semiconductor (13B) comprising an electron-transporting material is provided to each of the second conductive wire members (122). The first conductive wire members function as p-type electrodes, and the second conductive wire members function as n-type electrodes.
