abstract | A methanol gasoline core mother liquor and a methanol gasoline prepared using the mother liquor. The methanol gasoline core mother liquor consists of the following liquid compositions expressed in percentage by mass: solution A: 30-40% of n-octane, 30-40% of methyl tert-butyl ether, and 25-35% of isobutanol; solution B: 20-30% of anhydrous ethanol, 10-15% of ammonium nitrate, 22-32% of nitrocellulose lacquer thinner, 13-17% of glycol ether, and 15-25% of dimethylbenzene; solution C: 20-30% of nitroethane, 23-33% of methylcyclohexane, 20-30% of methylnaphthalene, and 18-25% of phenylmethanol; solution D: 25-35% of n-heptanol, 30-40% of benzotrifluoride, and 30-40% of n-octanol; solution E: 43-53% of isopropanol, 15-20% of corrosion inhibitor T702, 13-17% of cleaning agent T106, and 15-25% of cleaning agent T102; solution F: 50-60% of n-butanol, 20-30% of corrosion inhibitor T747, and 15-25% of corrosion inhibitor T706; and solution G: 15-25% of isobutanol, 30-40% of antioxidant adhesion-proof agent T502, 4-6% of isovaleraldehyde, 12-17% of morpholine, and 20-30% of isopropylbenzene. Solutions A, B, C, D, E, F, and G are prepared respectively according to the compositions of each liquid composition, then are stirred respectively for 20-40 minutes at room temperature and pressure, and then the liquid compositions are mixed together at equal proportions by mass of ±5%, or, the mixture of the liquid compositions at equal proportions by mass of ±5% is stirred for 20-40 minutes, and thus acquiring the methanol gasoline core mother liquor. A denatured alcohol is acquired by mixing 4-8% by mass of the methanol gasoline core mother liquor and 92-96% by mass of methanol, then the methanol gasoline is acquired by mixing 15-35% by mass of the denatured alcohol and 65-85% by mass of a national standard gasoline or composed gasoline or naphtha. |
