Process and apparatus for metering a plasticized formulation, wherein a formulation comprising at least one thermoplastic polymer is plasticized, tempered, forced through a filling orifice and emerges as a strand that is cut off after a predetermined quantity of formulation has been dispensed. The process and apparatus are in particular useful for making formulation-filled hollow forms. |
