abstract A vehicle light (100, 110) comprises a light-emitting component (200, 210) which has an optoelectronic semiconductor chip (201), and a cover arrangement (200, 310, 320, 330, 340, 350, 360) which has a wavelength-converting element (510, 520, 530, 540, 550, 560). The light-emitting component (200, 210) is designed to emit light of a wavelength of a first spectral range. The wavelength-converting element (510, 520, 530, 540, 550, 560, 565) is designed to convert light of a wavelength of the first spectral range to light of a wavelength of a second spectral range. The vehicle light further comprises an additional wavelength-converting element (565) and/or a light-absorbing element (730,1220, 2220).
