Disclosed are a novel cancer detection method, a screening method for an inhibitor and anti-cancer drug targeting a molecule related to cancer, and a cancer treatment agent, and specifically, a mutated RHOA polypeptide, a polynucleotide for coding said polypeptide, and a method for detecting cancer by using the polypeptide and polynucleotide. In addition, the following are also disclosed: a vector and host cell containing said polynucleotide; a screening method for a cancer treatment agent containing said polypeptide and/or said polynucleotide; and a cancer treatment agent containing an siRNA having an RHOA mutant silencing effect. |
