abstract | Disclosed is an LED bulb lamp, comprising a standard lamp holder (7), wherein the standard lamp holder (7) is connected to a power source housing having a power source, the power source housing is connected to a lamp housing outer shell, a lamp source device is fitted in the lamp housing outer shell, the lamp source device comprises an LED lamp bead (1), an aluminium substrate (3), a heat sink (5) and a lens (6), the LED lamp bead (1) and a component are fitted and soldered on a front face of the aluminium substrate (3), an opening end of the lens (6) is fastened directly above the LED lamp bead (1), the aluminium substrate (3) is inserted into a snap-groove of the heat sink (5), the LED lamp bead (1), the lens (6), the aluminium substrate (3) and the heat sink (5) are injection moulded as one piece by means of PVC glue using a high-pressure injection moulding process, the heat sink is exposed, light shining in the middle is diffused by means of the lens (6), and light dispersed all around is converged. |
