The present invention relates to the technical field of mobile communications, and particularly to two methods and a device for updating an NSD. One method is: receiving, by an NFVO, an NSD update request transmitted by a transmitting terminal; transmitting to an NSD coordinator, by the NFVO, an NSD update instruction including the NSD to be updated, such that the NSD coordinator updates the NSD; and updating, by the NSD coordinator, the NSD according to the received NSD update instruction. Also provided is a further method for updating the NSD, the method comprising: when the NFVO receives a triggering message indicating that a state of a VNF has changed to "unusable", acquiring the NSD where a source VNF is located, wherein the source VNF is a VNF having a state that has changed to "unusable"; transmitting to the NSD coordinator, by the NFVO, an NSD update instruction including the NSD; and updating, by the NSD coordinator, the NSD according to the received NSD update instruction, thus avoiding a manual operation, and improving an update efficiency and timeliness. |
