An electronic cigarette and an atomizing apparatus thereof. The atomizing apparatus comprises a smoke cartridge tube (11) and an atomizing assembly (12). A smoke passage (113), a liquid storage chamber (114) and a liquid outlet (115), allowing flowing of tobacco liquid, are formed in the smoke cartridge tube (11). The atomizing assembly (12) fits the liquid outlet (115), and comprises a liquid guide body (121) which covers the liquid outlet (115) and is made from a porous material, a polysilicon heating layer (122) located on one side, away from the liquid storage chamber (114), of the liquid guide body (121), and a first electrode (123) and a second electrode (124), which are both electrically connected to the polysilicon heating layer (122) so as to be connected and communicated with a power supply, the side where the polysilicon heating layer (122) is located being communicated with the smoke passage (113). The atomizing assembly (12) guides liquid by means of the liquid guide body (121) made from porous ceramic, and heats and atomizes the leaking tobacco liquid by means of the polysilicon heating layer (122). When the atomizing assembly (12) heats the tobacco liquid, no dust is generated and flows to a smoke passage (113), thereby protecting the physical health of consumers from impairment, meanwhile, being simple in structure and convenient to assemble, and saving the assembly cost and the manpower cost. |
