abstract The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a light control member having excellent handling properties and appearance. The present invention achieves the abovementioned purpose by providing a light control member having a light transmitting part having a plurality of groove parts on one surface thereof, optical deflection parts formed in the groove parts and having a lower refractive index than the light transmitting part, and refilled parts formed in regions of the groove parts further toward the opening side thereof than the optical deflection parts, the light control member being characterized in that the refractive index of the optical deflection parts is less than the refractive index of the refilled parts, which is less than the refractive index of the light transmitting part, and the depression angle of the recesses formed in the surface of the refilled parts on the reverse side thereof from the optical deflection parts is 75° or greater.
