abstract Provided is a method for manufacturing a helical carrier molded product for a full-automatic parking brake system by using cold forging, the helical carrier molded product manufactured through: a first blank manufacturing step (S110) of manufacturing a first cylindrical blank (B1); a forging preparation step (S120) of annealing the first blank (B1) and bonderizing the annealed blank with a coating agent included in phosphate; a first molded product manufacturing step (S130) of pressing the first blank (B1) by a forging mold, so as to manufacture a first molded product (S1) having a first gear-forming part (1) and a spline-forming part (3) formed to be thinner than the first gear-forming part (1) at one side of the first gear-forming part (1); and a step (S140) of manufacturing a final-molded product (S2), by using the first molded product (S1) and a first forging mold (100) composed of a first upper punch part (110) and a first lower die part (120), so as to mold a helical gear part (1a) by forming helical gear teeth on the first gear-forming part (1) and mold a spline shaft part (3a) by forming protrusions and recesses on the spline-forming part (3).
