abstract |
The present invention includes a quantum dot layer (3) formed of a plurality of accumulated quantum dots (3a) on the principal surface of a semiconductor substrate (1). The quantum dot layer (3) includes, among the plurality of quantum dots (3a), two or more types of organic molecules (4) having different carbon numbers. The plurality of quantum dots (3a) form aggregates (3A) each formed of the quantum dots (3a) bonded to one another by lower-carbon-number organic molecules (4b) having lower carbon numbers, and higher-carbon-number organic molecules (4a) having higher carbon numbers are bonded to the outer sides of the aggregates (3A). |
