abstract | The purpose of the present invention is to provide a production method by which a resin composition containing at least an aliphatic polyester, silica and a dispersion assistant is obtained by means of melt-kneading, and which is capable of stably ensuring good dispersibility of silica, while improving the tear strength of the resin composition. A method for producing an aliphatic polyester resin composition which contains, per 100 parts by weight of (A) an aliphatic polyester, 5-23 parts by weight of (B) silica and 8-23 parts by weight of (C) a dispersion assistant is characterized by comprising: a first step for mixing the silica (B) and 20-50% by weight of the aliphatic polyester (A) relative to the total weight of the aliphatic polyester (A) constituting the composition with each other; a second step for mixing the dispersion assistant (C) into the mixture obtained in the first step; a third step for mixing the remaining 80-50% by weight of the aliphatic polyester (A) into the mixture obtained in the second step; and a step for melting and kneading the mixture obtained in the third step. |
