abstract | The invention relates to a method for obtaining pure 1,3-butadiene from a raw C 4 cut, said 1,3-butadiene having a specified maximum content of at least one low-boiling fraction and a specified maximum content of 1,2-butadiene, in each case based on 1,3-butadiene, wherein (a) a light-boiling fraction and a high-boiling fraction are separated from the raw C 4 cut by distillation, a purified C 4 cut being obtained, the content of the at least one low-boiling fraction of which is equal to or is less than the specified maximum content of the at least one low-boiling fraction, based on 1,3-butadiene, and the content of 1,2-butadiene of which is equal to or less than the specified maximum content of 1,2-butadiene, based on 1,3-butadiene, and (b) the purified C 4 cut undergoes at least one extractive distillation using a selective solvent, wherein at least one butane- and butene-containing fraction and a pure 1,3-butadiene fraction are obtained. The method renders a pure distillation column unnecessary. |
