abstract The invention relates to a fully automated gasification system with a smokeless combustion gas combustion system with maximized capacity and efficiency, for operating a boiler (10) with a solid fuel by replacing the liquid fuel burners. or natural gas on the front of boilers (10) with existing liquid or gaseous fuel. This system incorporates the fully automated gasification process that implements steam generation, preheating air and fuel processes, gasification with air and water vapor and combustion without smoke and a smokeless combustion process. This system is a solid fuel and gasifier burner system that maximizes combustion capacity and efficiency by minimizing all losses through a system, components and functional elements throughout a continuous process starting with the supply of solid fuel, gasification and smokeless combustion and ending with the removal of ash-slag residues from combustion.
