The object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing a plastic material which is good in plasticity, easy to prepare into a product of different shapes and has degradability, and the method comprises the following steps: Step A: weighing and sequentially adding 56% to 85% by weight of inorganic Mineral powder, 3% to 10% by mass of polyethylene, 18% to 30% by mass of polypropylene, and 3% to 5% of additives are added to the mixer and mixed for 20 to 25 minutes to obtain a raw material mixture. The speed of the mixer is 100～130r/min; Step B: melt-kneading the raw material mixture in the mixer in the extruder at a temperature of 180° C. to 250° C., so that the raw material mixture is melted and extruded, and then cut through the knife edge at high speed. The granules are made of environmentally friendly plastic masterbatch material. The invention also provides a method for preparing an environmental protection film by using the environmentally-friendly plastic masterbatch material obtained by the method, and a method for preparing an environmental protection tape by using the obtained environmental protection film. |
