The present application relates to a JAK kinase inhibitor, a preparation method thereof and application in the field of medicine, and belongs to the field of medical chemistry. The present application provides a new class of small molecule JAK inhibitors having the structure shown in Formula II. The compounds of Formula II provided herein provide better efficacy and safety in the prevention or treatment of JAK related indications. |
