abstract |
The present invention relates to compounds that are capable of penetrating the blood-brain barrier to modulate the activity of EGFR tyrosine kinase. The present invention further provides methods for treating glioblastoma and other cancers involving EGFR. The present invention further provides methods of treating glioblastoma and other EGFR-associated cancers that have been determined to have modified glucose metabolism in the presence of inhibitors. The present invention also relates to methods of administering to a subject an inhibitor of glucose metabolism and a cytoplasmic p53 stabilizer. |
