RESISTANT LABEL LABEL MATERIAL FOR FOOD CONTACT, FOOD CONTACT LABEL, MATERIAL PREPARATION METHOD, AND MATERIAL APPLICATION |
abstract |
A food contact resealing label material comprises a thin film substrate, an acrylic acid pressure sensitive adhesive, and a silicone oil based paper / film. The oxygen permeability of the thin film substrate is less than 2.0x10 -5 m 3 / m 2 · d · Pa and the moisture penetrability of the thin film substrate is less than 2.0x10 -4 kg ( s · m 2 ); the acrylic acid-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is disposed on the lower surface of the thin-film substrate, the solvent residue being between 5 mg / m 2 and a RL value, and the overall migration volume of the acrylic acid being between 6 mg / kg and the RL value; the silicone oil-based paper / film is disposed on the lower surface of the acrylic acid-based pressure-sensitive adhesive. The invention further relates to a method of preparing the food contact resealing label material, a food contact resealing label prepared from the food contact resealing label material and an application of the food contact material to food packaging. Oxygen permeability, moisture penetration, solvent residue, overall migration volume of acrylic acid and isocyanate residue of food contact resealing label material can meet food contact requirements and packaging for food contact. |
