The present invention provides heterobifunctional compounds that selectively degrade a target protein, and include a targeting ligand that binds to a target protein and at least one other protein, a ligand that binds to E3 ubiquitin ligase. or a component of ubiquitin ligase E3, and a specificity modulation linker that binds the first ligand and the second ligand. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing said compounds, and methods of using said compounds. |
