abstract The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a 1C polyurethane adhesive (1 12) designed to cure at temperatures of 10 ° C or lower. The method comprises creating (702) an initial mixture (900) comprising: • a mixture of MDI monomers, the MDI monomers comprising 2,2'-MDI, 2,4'-MDI and 4,4'-MDI ; an MDI polymer; A polyol component comprising a PPG capped with an ethylene oxide (EO) end and another polyol; and reacting (704) the initial mixture in a prepolymer mixture for use as 1C polyurethane adhesive.
