titleOfInvention Water-based environmentally-friendly anti-nausea band
abstract The present application relates to a water-based environmentally-friendly anti-nausea band, which is manufactured by immersing an alkali-free glass fiber braided band for electricians or a polyester nonwoven fabric band in a molten plastic, followed by drying and curing, where the molten plastic comprises a masterbatch, and with the total mass of the masterbatch being 100%, the ratio of the raw materials of the masterbatch is: a water-based resin 18%-45% and water 55%-82%. The present application uses the water-based resin and water in place of a solvent-based resin and a volatile solution, greatly reduces the emission of volatile organic compounds for a product, minimizes bodily harm inflicted on staff members, and solves the problem of environmental friendless standards not being met by an anti-nausea plastic used in a conventional anti-nausea band. The present application is green and environmentally friendly, has low VOC content, low toxicity, and reduced odor, is convenient to use, allows production equipment to be washed with water, and saves a large amount of solvents.
