titleOfInvention Light source device comprising wavelength conversion element
abstract The present invention realizes a light source device comprising a wavelength conversion element. The light source device comprises: a light source that emits excitation light; a phosphor that is excited by excitation light emitted from the light source and emits fluorescence; a second optical element that receives the light of the excitation light that is regularly reflected at the interface of the phosphor; and a reflector that has a reflective surface for reflecting the fluorescence emitted from the phosphor, wherein the second optical element reflects at least a portion of the received light, and is placed on a light path of the regularly reflected light facing from the phosphor to the reflector, at an angle with respect to the light path, the placement angle is an angle that is between a first angle for which the amount of light emitted by reflection of the reflector is a minimum and a second angle that does not obstruct emission of fluorescent light reflected by the reflector, and does not include the first angle but does include the second angle.
