abstract A device (10) for direct manufacture by laser fusion of sprayed powder, comprising: - a nozzle (14) for spraying a metal powder, - at least one first laser emitter (16) configured to emit a first laser beam (18) at a predetermined wavelength λ1 and at a predetermined power, so as to melt said sprayed powder, characterised in that it further comprises: - at least one second laser emitter (34) configured to emit a second laser beam (36) at a wavelength λ2 through the sprayed powder, at the outlet of said nozzle, the wavelengths λ1 and λ2 being different, - at least one receiver (38) configured to receive said second laser beam, after it has passed through the sprayed powder, and - means (40) for comparing the light intensity of the second laser beam received by said receiver and the light intensity of the second laser beam emitted by said second emitter, and for determining the flow rate of powder sprayed by the nozzle.
