abstract |
Provided is a novel authentication system. Also provided is a method for recording an unlock history. This authentication system comprises a computation device and an I/O device. The computation device supplies first control information and second control information, and is supplied with a sensing signal. The I/O device comprises an electric lock and a read-in part. The electric lock is unlocked on the basis of the second control information. The read-in part is supplied with the first control information, supplies the sensing signal, and comprises a light-emitting element and a pixel array. The light-emitting element emits light which includes infrared light. The pixel array comprises pixels. The pixels comprise an image capture circuit and a photoelectric conversion element. The image capture circuit is electrically connected to the photoelectric conversion element. The image capture circuit comprises a transistor. The transistor comprises an oxide semiconductor film. |
