abstract Provided in the present invention is an enrichment and purification device for a single gas in a mixed gas, comprising: a pre-purification cold trap which is capable of freezing and adsorbing a portion of target external gases in a mixed gas, and which is provided with a mixed gas inlet for the mixed gas to enter; an enrichment cold/hot trap, in which molecular sieves of different specifications are detachably filled, a gas inlet of the enrichment cold/hot trap being connected to a gas outlet of the pre-purification cold trap by means of a first switch valve; a freezing apparatus used for reducing the temperature of the enrichment cold/hot trap; a vacuum acquisition system used for enabling the enrichment and purification device to reach a preset vacuum degree and enabling other target external gases that are not adsorbed in the mixed gas to be discharged out of the enrichment cold/hot trap, a pumping port of the vacuum acquisition system being connected to a gas outlet of the enrichment cold/hot trap; a heating apparatus used for heating the enrichment cold/hot trap to completely release the target gas adsorbed by the enrichment cold/hot trap; and a purification output port connected to the gas outlet of the enrichment cold/hot trap by means of a second switch valve. The extraction and purification of a single gas in a mixed gas of different molecular weights is achieved.
