Provided are a silicon oxygen compound, and a secondary battery using same and related battery module, battery pack and device thereof. A chemical formula of the silicon oxygen compound is SiOx, wherein 0<x<2; the silicon oxygen compound contains a sulfur element and an aluminum element; the content of the sulfur element is 20 ppm-300 ppm; and a mass ratio of the sulfur element to the aluminum element is 1.5-13.0. The secondary battery using the silicon oxygen compound can simultaneously implement long cycle performance and high initial coulombic efficiency. |
