These vehicular control devices (30, 31, 61) are provided with: a determination unit that determines which control is to be performed among a first control for delivering power between a power storage device (22) and a power feeding facility (41) installed outside a vehicle (10) during stoppage of the vehicle or a second control for delivering power between the power storage device and a rotary electric machine (20) through an inverter (21) during traveling of the vehicle; a control unit which, when the first control is determined to be performed, controls the inverter so that a control amount, which is one among the power or a current delivered between the power feeding facility and the power storage device, is limited to a first limit value (WCin, WCоut) or smaller, and, when the second control is determined to be performed, controls the inverter so that a control amount, which is one among the power or a current delivered between the rotary electric machine and the power storage device, is limited to a second limit value (WDin, WDоut) or smaller; and a setting unit which sets at least one among the first and second limit values to a value for suppressing the drivability of the vehicle from being lowered. |
