abstract | A petroleum drilling blocking apparatus having a rubber expandable in oil. A formula of the rubber expandable in oil comprises, in parts by weight: 15-18 parts of an ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 2-5 parts of carbon black, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 1-3 parts of calcium oxide, 3-5 parts of iron oxide, 6-8 parts of active zinc oxide, 0.04-0.3 part of zinc dimethyldithiocarbamate, 0.5-1 part of an antioxidant RD, and 0.01-1 part of sulfur. All or some of sealing assemblies of the petroleum drilling blocking apparatus are made of the rubber expandable in oil. The petroleum drilling blocking apparatus is a bridge plug and a packer, respectively. By using the rubber expandable in oil, the expansion efficiency is high and uniform, and the packer and the bridge plug further prepared by using the rubber expandable in oil have advantages of excellent in sealing performance and low in possibility of liquid leakage. |
