abstract The present invention provides a technology for more suitably transmitting or receiving high-level digital broadcast service. As a means to provide the technology, a broadcast reception apparatus is constituted so as to comprise a tuner receiving a transmitted wave storing a transmission parameter in a TMCC signal and an AC signal, the transmission parameter being divided on the basis of an FFT size or an OFDM carrier interval, the TMCC signal and the AC signal being subjected to different allocation according to the FFT size or the OFDM carrier interval.
