abstract | A left atrial appendage occluder (10) and an occlusion system. The left atrial appendage occluder (10) comprises a sealing portion (11) and an ablation portion (31) disposed in the sealing portion (11), as well as a hollow proximal-end connecting member (111) at the proximal end of the sealing portion (11). The ablation portion (31) is connected to the proximal-end connecting member (111), and the ablation portion (31) is used for freezing a left atrial appendage (101) after being injected with cryogen, so as to form an annular barrier on the inner wall of the left atrial appendage (101) for blocking electrical signal transduction between the left atrial appendage (101) and a left atrium. When the sealing portion (11) is in a compressed state, the ablation portion (31) is folded and accommodated in the sealing portion (11), and after being unfolded in the sealing portion (11), the ablation portion (31) abuts against at least the circumferential edge of the sealing portion (11). Also provided is another occlusion system. When the left atrial appendage occluder (10) occludes the opening of the left atrial appendage (101), an ablation member (1200) freezes the left atrial appendage (101) after being injected with the cryogen, so as to form an annular barrier on the inner wall of the left atrial appendage (101) to block the electrical signal transduction between the left atrial appendage (101) and the left atrium, thereby implementing electrical isolation between the left atrial appendage (101) and the left atrium, and reducing the operational difficulty of active electrical isolation for the left atrial appendage (101). |
