The invention relates to a phosphor (1) with the general formula AxMyXz:RE, wherein - A is selected from the group of trivalent cations, - M is selected from the group of trivalent cations and has at least two elements of the following group: Ga, Sc, Al, In, Sb, Bi, As, and Lu, - X is selected from the group of divalent anions, and - RE is a dopant and is selected from the group consisting of the following elements and combinations of the following elements: Ni, Mn, Cr, Co, Fe, and Sn, where 0.8 ≤ x ≤ 1.2; 0.8 ≤ y ≤ 1.2, and 2.7 ≤ z ≤ 3.3. The invention additionally relates to a method for producing a phosphor (1), to an optoelectronic component (11), and to an NIR spectrometer (20). |
