abstract |
Provided are a pathological diagnosis assist device, an operation method of a pathological diagnosis assist device, and an operation program of a pathological diagnosis assist device which can enhance the accuracy of detecting a fibrotic area. An RW control unit of the pathological diagnosis assist device reads and acquires, from a storage device, a sample image obtained by imaging a sample of a Sirius red stained liver. A detection unit detects a fibrotic area of the liver by comparing a preset threshold and the ratios of pixels of G and R channels among three color channels of RGB of the sample image. A derivation unit derives evaluation information expressing the degree of fibrosis of the liver on the basis of the detected fibrotic area. A display control unit outputs the evaluation information by displaying, on a display, an analysis result display screen including the evaluation information. |
