In particular, the present invention relates to modified N-glycosyltransf erases (NGTs), method for generating modified NGTs, methods for identifying and/or generating modified acceptor peptide sequences for glycosylation by NGTs, and methods for preparing glycoproteins and recombinant glycoproteins in vitro and in vivo using the modified NGTs and/or acceptor peptide sequences. |
