The glucosamine chondroitin tablet comprises, in parts by weight, 50-250 parts of an active peptide, 180-550 parts of calcium citrate malate, 80-520 parts of potassium glucosamine sulfate, 110-290 parts of sodium chondroitin sulfate, 10-90 parts of a diluent, 30-170 parts of a dry binder, 1-20 parts of an adsorption hardener, 1-14 parts of a lubricant, 0.05-3 parts of an anti-sticking agent, 1-22 parts of a film-forming agent, 0.01-7 parts of a plasticizer, and 0.05-5 parts of a masking agent.
