Disclosed in the present invention is a copper catalysis-based method for preparing a carboxylic acid compound by means of alcohol oxidation using oxygen as an oxidant. The method specifically comprises: in an organic solvent at a temperature of 25°C-50°C, using copper nitrate (Cu(NO3)2·3H2O), 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidin-1-yl)oxyl (TEMPO) and an acidic inorganic salt as a catalyst, and using oxygen or air as an oxidant, generating a carboxylic acid compound by means of alcohol oxidation. The present invention has the advantages of simple operation, easy availability of raw materials and reagents, mild reaction conditions, high yield, wide compatibility of substrate functional groups, scalable reaction scale, environmental friendliness of the whole reaction process, no pollution, etc., and is a method suitable for industrialization. |
