Provided is an antisense strand complete sequence of a long non-coding RNA transcript of an ENSG00000203930 gene. An antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) sequence is designed and synthesized on the basis of the antisense strand complete sequence of the long non-coding RNA transcript of the ENSG00000203930 gene. The expression of ENSG00000203930 gene can be inhibited by synthetic or vector-based ASO, which has an inhibiting effect on cancer brain metastases. |
