An insect repellent composition contains an agent which amplifies the repellent effects of the active ingredients, and a vinyl placticizing agent. Said composition is characterized in that it contains 30 to 75 wt. % of 95 % ethanol, 5 to 50 wt. % of N,N dithyl-m-toluamide, 0.1 to 2 wt. % of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 2 to 10 % of isopropyl myristate, 2 to 10 wt. % of dipropylene glycol, 0.1 to 2.5 wt. % of amplifying agent, 0.1 to 2.5 wt. % of a solubilizing homogenizing agent, and 0.1 to 2.5 wt. % of natural repellent extracts. |
