abstract The invention relates to a plastic with a filler formed by the reaction of filled cold-curing multi-part synthetic resin masses. The purpose is to bond toxic substances in the synthetic resin in such a way that the product obtained is no longer toxic. The aim is achieved by generating a reaction product from a multi-part synthetic resin mass with a component with nitrogen-containing reaction groups (especially the NCO group) and a multi-part synthetic resin mass with one part having an oxygen-hydrogen component (OH group) and using powders and/or granulates with toxic heavy metals and/or toxic organic or inorganic compounds as the filler.
