abstract The object of the invention is a facility and process for incorporating an additive mixture of wet ash in the raw materials for producing concrete, wherein the water content of the final mixture must be controlled. The process is characterized in that the wet ash heap (1) is surface processed by mechanical means to separate the component elements of the additive mixture; said additive mixture is mechanically converted (4, 6), without adding water, into a homogenous mixture; upon each addition of said mixture, its weight and water content are measured; and the amount of supplementary water required to provide the predetermined final water content of said final mixture is then injected. The invention is useful for the production of concrete.
